Brief Psychological Assessment
A brief, structured process designed to clarify patterns, strengths, and areas of difficulty.
Psychological assessment provides a structured, in-depth understanding of your current functioning, personality patterns, and areas of concern. This can be especially useful if things feel complex, unclear, or not fully captured by previous treatment.
___
This work draws from clinical psychology, developmental understanding, and experience working with complex presentations.

What the Assessment Includes
The assessment integrates multiple sources of information to build a comprehensive picture:
Clinical Interview
A detailed conversation exploring your current concerns, personal history, recurring patterns, and goals.
Personality Assessment
Use of standardized measures, such as the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI-IV), to better understand personality patterns, coping styles, and areas of psychological vulnerability.
Cognitive Screening
Selected subtests from the Wechsler Abbreviated Scale of Intelligence (WASI-II) to provide a brief overview of cognitive functioning.
Personality Preferences
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) may be included to explore how you tend to approach decisions, relationships, and environments.
Self-Report Measures
Targeted questionnaires assessing mood, anxiety, and related symptoms to provide additional context and perspective.
